Workpackage 4
Beacon network

The WP 4 icludes all the activities needed in order to create, use and maintain a South Tyrolean Beacon network. The WP includes the following activities:

  • the indentification all the points of interest where a beacon is needed;
  • the installation of the beacons;
  • the development of all software components needed to manage the network (web app and Android application);
  • the development of a set of API that allows the companies to use the beacons in their apps;
  • the maintenance of the network for the whole project
  • the documentation of the previous activities.
